Anna Torv

Anna Torv is a native Australian. She studied performing arts at Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art. Anna is best known for her role on the BBC series Mistresses. She also provided the voice for a character in the video game Heavenly Sword. She also had recurring roles in the television shows Young Lions and The Secret Life of Us. .
Agent Olivia Dunham
FBI Special Agent Olivia Dunham began her career with a stint in the Marine Corps. She was an FBI liaison when she became involved in the strange case of Flight 627. At the time she was dating her FBI partner, John Scott. While working with Walter and Peter Bishop to save Agent Scott's life, she learned that he had betrayed her and his country. After his death, Olivia agreed to work for Homeland Security Agent Phillip Broyles. She has assembled a team to investigate The Pattern, which is a series of fantastic and unexplained phenomena which may be the result of a group conducting experiences around the world. After working on a few cases with Walter and Peter, Olivia was shocked by the return of John Scott, who is clearly not as dead as she thought

Larry on October 13, 2008This is the best show on tv, hands down. The writing is terrific and it looks great. I saw the pilot by accident and set my tivo to record all episodes. I just finished watching episodes 2 & 3 and I now realize that Anna is the main reason I am hooked. What a true star. She has more screen presence than many big $$ actors. I was curious about Anna and learned about her uncle within minutes. If Rupert had any influence in getting Anna the lead, good for him. He has a true eye for talent. I hope this show goes on for years, but without Anna, it would be nothing.
Vic on April 15, 2009Love to watch Fringe. Love to watch Anna. She has an inert beauty that just shows without a bunch of makeup. Remind me of some European stars. She is thoroughly believeable.
